Challenges: attendance, repetitive work, not finding sewing experience, ladies generally don't work out due to physicality of job, usually younger guys. No functional ladies' bathroom at warehouse. Hot/cold in warehouse - layer clothes

Making geotextile sediment tubes - ponds, landfills, etc.
