Pay Range: $22-$27/hour 

Based on experience 

Schedule: To Be Decided (start time between 2am and 6am)

Description: be proactive on the production floor, complete daily maintenance report log; generate work orders to repair issues noticed on the lines while inspected and performing preventive maintenance; create work list of things to do that are noticed on the line and order parts or check inventory for availability of needed parts to repair potential downtime issues; learn new techniques and procedures for troubleshooting and repair of all equipment; assists with continuous improvement programs; know the rated speeds of the equipment and monitor machine performance throughout the shift of each machine center; interprets operational manuals, manufacturer’s specifications, blueprints and schematics for Machinery; regular use the following as part of the job: Hand tools, Calculator, Machinery (such as welders, milling machine, grinder, presses, lathe, band saw, and various shop equipment) with responsibility for repair, maintenance, adjustments, and set ups; testing devices such as VOM meter, AMP meter, Meg-Ohm meter, and a temperature meter; measuring devices such as tape measure, caliper, and micrometer; computer, etc. 

Requirements: 

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) 
• Will routinely move items weighing up to 50lbs. 
• At least 2-5+ years of extensive knowledge in Machinery mechanical experience.
• Power tools usage. 
• Hand tools usage. 
• Control wiring 
• Knowledge in: electrical (at least 480 volts), hydraulic, pneumatics, machining and fabrication. 
• Welding 
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods. 
• Attention to detail and ability to follow bakery protocol regarding cleanliness. 
• Understands OSHA, Arc Flash, and LOTO procedures and updates as required. 
• The employee is frequently required to twist, bend and stoop. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
• Maintain a positive attitude. 
• Good employee relations. 
• Great attendance! 
• Flexible to the needs of the business to work in other area and start times. 
• Must be able to work weekends/holidays. 
• Collaborate with other employees and have great communication. 
• Ability to have reliable transportation to meet the required work schedule.
