Local Bakery Manufacturer is Now Hiring for Yeast Mixer. 

Year-round employment with temp-to-hire opportunities and great incentives with weekly Pay! 

Start Pay: $18.50-$19.25/hour 

Schedule: 4/10 shift (4 day, 10 hour shifts with 3 weekdays off) 

Must be available for mandatory overtime. 

Start time: 1:00am-3:00am (must be flexible as promos will cause changes in start times) 

Job Duties: Will be doing Mixing functions as well as general production functions: 

Yeast Mixer: mixing 50 lbs. bags of flour to make dough; cutting chunks of dough and weighing; kneading dough; mixing cinnamon rolls and apple fritter; usage of machines including mixers, bowl lift, vemag, etc; cutting cinnamon rolls; loading on conveyor; dough press; putting items in freezer; etc. 

General Production: loading dough on conveyor; catching product on conveyor and organizing on racks and stacks of bins; icing and filling; depaning; order selection; preparing baskets/trays for next day; cleaning; etc. 

Job Requirements: · Ability to move up to 50 lbs., stand for 10+ hours, availability to work all weekends and holidays, language: english/spanish, precision, takes initiative, can work without close supervision, able to work overtime (past 10 hours).
