Reach Truck Operator

Under general supervision, the Reach Truck Operator will ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products utilizing equipment including, but not limited to, stand-up forklifts, stand-up dock loaders, hand trucks, and radio frequency equipment.

 

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Promoting a safe work environment through personal actions.

Loading and unloading trucks and containers using provided equipment safely and efficiently.

Verifying and counting freight for accuracy and damage detection. Conducting inventory as needed.

Directing products to the correct area in the warehouse.

Clearing the work area of loose wood and plastic, sweeping as necessary.

Reporting faulty equipment, rack damage, and other safety hazards to the supervisor.

Performing other assigned duties.
