Job Summary: This position oversees compliance with the policies, procedures, and work instructions contained in the quality management system. Also, Responsible for exercising the disposition of material placed in the “Material Review Bay” as well as a resource to Plant personnel as a trainer on quality system documents and record-keeping duties to show compliance with system requirements.

2nd shift: 3:00 pm to 2:00 am (2 Saturdays per month)

Pay rate: $19.00 - $22.00 

Location: Kennesaw, GA 30144

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Document and data control oversight in Plant/Warehouse, ownership and maintenance of measurement devices, corrective and preventive actions, and their follow-ups.
• Oversight of quality records held in Plant/Warehouse, process auditing for compliance to procedures, implementing statistical control of equipment and processes.
• Responsible for accurate information and timely processing of non-conforming material.
• QAR does not own responsibility for all Plant/Warehouse training; QAR will act as a trainer on quality department documents
• Responsible to ensure proper records are maintained for gags, nonconforming material, inspection forms, stamp logs, etc.
• Good written and verbal skills are required. QAR must be detail oriented to the requirements of our Quality Management System. Quality system training is preferred, but not required. 
• Must have rudimentary computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
• Should have exposure to a fast-paced warehouse environment and be comfortable with short task completion expectations. 
• Ability to work with a diversified workforce required. Proficiency with the computer beyond the basic level including any ERP system (such as SAP or Oracle).
• Ability to effectively interact with Plant//Warehouse Operations Supervisors and Managers required.
