Job Summary:  Responsible for the movement of raw materials, finished products, and equipment. May also utilize forklift trucks, cranes, hoists, hand trucks, and other moving equipment to meet job requirements. May perform other general warehouse functions in support of operational requirements.

Schedule: 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Pay rate: $19.00 

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Job Duties: 

• Maintain accurate records of items shipped and received.
• Oversees safe and reliable packaging of all outgoing shipments.
• Process items for shipment according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Review shipping notices, bills of lading, orders, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any accidents to a manager or supervisor.
• Assemble and fill boxes and other cartons with finished goods that need to be shipped
• Assist in any activities related to lean and/or quality

Qualifications:

• Previous Stand-up Reach Truck experience required
• 1 year of Cycle Count experience  
• Previous experience loading material up to 16ft high onto racking 
• 2 years of previous experience in plant operations or other related fields
• Ability to read and write
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Perform basic math skills
