Customer Service Representative
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Shift: 1st (9:00AM-5:00PM)
Pay: $16
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company database
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
