Job Title: Blender

Pay Rate: $22-$24 DOE

Schedule: Monday to Friday (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM) with required overtime

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor the meringue production machinery to ensure efficient, continuous operation.

- Set up and calibrate equipment according to specific recipes and production requirements.

- Load raw ingredients into the machine's hoppers or feed systems in the correct proportions.

- Adjust machine settings, such as speed, temperature, and pressure, to maintain optimal production conditions.

- Monitor production output and quality, making adjustments as necessary to ensure product consistency and adherence to standards.

- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on the machinery to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.

- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed, escalating issues to maintenance personnel when necessary.

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to ensure a safe and hygienic production environment.

- Record production data, including batch quantities, downtime, and any deviations from standard procedures, for quality control and reporting purposes.

- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes, minimize waste, and achieve production targets.

Job Requirements:

- Knowledge and understanding of food safety regulations and hygienic practices in a food manufacturing environment.

- Ability to follow written instructions, recipes, and production schedules accurately.

- Experience operating and maintaining industrial machinery, preferably in a food processing or manufacturing setting.

- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment issues quickly and efficiently.

- Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
