Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be

? Execute the administration and progression of projects

? Set deadlines for project progress resolve any issues that arise during the projects

? Coordinate with clients on current programs, future product introductions, and special projects.

Communication with clients including face-to-face meetings 1X per month.

? Provide detailed reporting of future programs/projects to CMG management and staff for successful

planning.

? Communicate with all vendors regularly to determine their needs and what assistance CMG can offer

them.

? Responsible for new product introduction from inception to completion

? Liaise with Purchasing, Print, Production, Shipping, and IT departments.

? Design strategies with retail teams to ensure the efficiencies required to fulfill orders of our products

for their stores, including basic knowledge of our systems.

? Ensure that critical information is correct at all times, display items listed on CMGOrders.com must

have pictures posted and information that is up to date.

? Verify that the products warehoused at CMG are current and actively matching internal/external

databases.

? Structure and create an exit strategy for obsolete items.

? Schedule walks with clients to view existing programs and gain insight into future projects within the

program.

? Establish contact with store operations for the products that fall under the Class/Subclass

Education and experience

? BA/BS degree with 2-4 years of related experience preferred strong working skills with MS Office,

specifically Excel and SAP systems.
