Customer Service Representative
We have a hiring opportunity in a facility located in Napa as a Customer Service Representative.
Job Title: Customer Service
Pay Rate: $26
Schedule: Mon. - Fri., 8am-4:30pm, OT may be required, schedule may change
Job Duties:
Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s issues and determining the cause of the problem. Produce reports for customers as requested and report any inconsistencies and /or damage product immediately and assist customer with resolution.
Job Requirements:
2 to 3 years of experience in customer service. Ability to resolve problems and conflict, professional phone skills, good listening skills, ability to analyze information, must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English. Must have intermediate to advance MS Word, MS Excel, SAP and Computer skills.
