Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Warehouse, North Las Vegas


Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM


Pay Rate: $18 per hour


Overview:

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into computer systems and databases within our warehouse facility. This role involves managing sensitive information with integrity, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining organized and up-to-date records. The Data Entry Clerk will support various administrative functions and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient data management and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Data Management: Accurately input and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems, including FDM4, Audit Analysis, and Rejection Summary.


  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and copying documents. Create requested AQLs and release ASNs.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze historical data to determine if requested styles should be skipped or quality checked (QC). Complete the 100% rejection chart.

  • Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy and completeness by verifying information, correcting errors, and conducting regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.

  • Record Maintenance: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all data entries and changes made. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to clarify data discrepancies and ensure accurate information flow.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency.

  • Time Management: Complete data entry tasks within specified time frames to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or a related field is preferred.

  • Skills: Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

  • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), and experience with Outlook. Familiarity with data entry and management systems.


Working Conditions:


  • Environment: This position is based in a warehouse setting in North Las Vegas.

  • Hours: Standard working hours with potential for overtime based on workload.
