Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and general inquiries
• Provide timely and accurate information about transportation services, rates, and delivery times
• Resolve customer issues and concerns by working closely with dispatchers, drivers, and the logistics team
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Coordinate with the operations team to track shipments and provide customers with real-time updates
• Assist in processing orders, scheduling deliveries, and managing changes or cancellations
• Follow up with customers after deliveries to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service department

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the transportation or logistics industry, is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
