Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from customers
• Provide accurate information about shipments, schedules, and services
• Assist customers with any issues or concerns, ensuring their needs are met
• Maintain customer records and update them as needed
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations
• Provide support with other tasks as needed to help the team

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent.
