Starting $24 to $26.25/hour; M-F 7am -3:30pm. Ability to use computer accounting software and Excel software. Duties include: Matching vendor invoices to purchase orders; checking purchase orders to PODs. Verify and apply vendor credits. Research discrepancies; ability to recognize and resolve problems. Email &/or call vendors. Enter vendor invoice batches; generate vendor payments. Retrieve, file, copy/scan materials as needed. Perform other related assigned duties. Train to be occasional backup to other accounting duties. Computer, 10-key calculator skills. Exceptional organizational skills, great follow through, and detail oriented.
