### **Qualifications:**


1. **Education:**

   - High School diploma or GED.


2. **Experience:**

   - At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.


3. **Technical Skills:**

   - Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office.

   - Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.


4. **Communication Skills:**

   - Excellent oral and written communication abilities.


5. **Customer Service Skills:**

   - Exceptional customer service skills.


6. **Physical Requirements:**

   - Ability to work in environments with varying noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperatures.

   - Capability to stand/walk for long periods.

   - No issues with heights.

   - Ability to lift and move totes up to 50 pounds.

   - Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching.


7. **Availability:**

   - Willingness to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.


### **Responsibilities:**


1. **Inventory Management:**

   - Maintain and update accurate inventory records.

   - Create and implement efficient inventory management procedures.

   - Reconcile inventory discrepancies and make adjustments.

   - Coordinate annual physical inventory procedures.

   - Recommend and implement programs to improve inventory management.


2. **Quality Control:**

   - Supervise inventory quality and accuracy assurance programs.

   - Plan and implement recoup programs for damaged or defective products.

   - Maintain records for recouped and saleable products.


3. **Reporting and Documentation:**

   - Develop and maintain accurate inventory reports and documentation.

   - Perform weekly cycle counts and system adjustments.

   - Complete necessary records and reports, including filing invoices and maintaining customer records.


4. **Coordination and Communication:**

   - Communicate with customers about physical inventory timings.

   - Coordinate with Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Warehouse Supervisors on cut-off dates.


5. **Security and Confidentiality:**

   - Develop and maintain security measures for inventory.

   - Ensure confidentiality of inventory records to authorized personnel.
