Bellevue Company looking for full time HVACR Technician ASAP! Job Title: HVAC Technician Pay Rate: $28-35/HR Schedule: Employees in this classification perform HVACR repair and maintenance duties across all properties in the KDC portfolio on a 24hr-a-day, 7 day-a-week basis Job Duties: The HVACR Technician will be responsible for all facets of HVAC and Refrigeration throughout the Kemper Development Company portfolio. Primary responsibility will include HVACR repair and maintenance. This will include repair and or replacement of system compressors and other related items in the HVACR systems. • Subject to call 24/7, carrying company issued cell phone and/or other electronic communication device(s) that will allow employee to be responsive to portfolio. • Job performance is reviewed regularly by the Refrigeration Manager. Job Requirements: • Primary responsibility for smooth and efficient operation of all building HVACR systems and equipment. • Responsible to coordinate, plan and schedule maintenance and operation of HVAC systems and equipment. • Troubleshoot and repair HVACR systems as needed in a timely fashion, along with appropriate records as to what was actually done and why. • Works directly and collaboratively with refrigeration manager to understand current and future business requirements and builds Pm and maintenance plans accordingly. • Provides input for a reliability centered HVACR program - a structured framework for analyzing the functions and potential failure modes for a physical asset in order to develop a scheduled maintenance plan that will provide an acceptable level of operability, with an acceptable level of risk, in an efficient and cost-effective manner. • Provides input to Refrigeration Manager as it relates to developing tactical and long-term operational strategies for HVACR equipment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required; proactive communication skills are a requisite for establishing and maintaining tenant confidence. (English language required) Associate of Science Degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology or similar program preferred. Certifications: LEED Green Associate course or similar program. EPA CFC Universal Certification. Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in maintaining HVAC PM Program. Note: Work experience or college degree can be mutually substituted for education and experience requirements noted above. Note: Must possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License with no major or continuing driving offenses that demonstrate a lack of concern for safety in the last 5 years.
