**Job Overview:**  

As a Warehouse General Labor, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your role will involve restocking shelves, handling incoming orders, processing and packing orders, counting inventory, and ensuring timely shipping. This position demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Restock Shelves:** Keep shelves stocked and manage inventory levels to meet demand.

- **Accept Incoming Orders:** Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.

- **Process and Pack Orders:** Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company standards.

- **Count Inventory:** Perform regular inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.

- **Ensure Timely Shipping:** Oversee the shipping process to guarantee prompt delivery of orders.

- **Maintain Warehouse Cleanliness:** Uphold a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following proper procedures.

- **Assist with Other Tasks:** Support team members with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.

- **Physical Stamina:** Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

- **Attention to Detail:** Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and inventory management.

- **Communication Skills:** Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

- **Organizational Skills:** Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- **Flexibility:** Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
