Local Food Manufacturing Plant is in need of a Co-Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist 

Title: Co-Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm

Pay rate: $21/HR

Key Responsibilities

•    Signs off on co-manufacturer quality checks, COA, and logs to ensure compliance to Quality and Food safety standard prior to finished product release

•    Provide support for finished product Active Release

•    Provide support for the Hold and Release program

•    Compile and analyze complaint data.

•    Generate reports related to co-manufacturer and suppliers performance

Qualifications

•    Must read, write, and communicate in English

•    Must be able to taste all foods with no aversions or allergies

•    Must follow Food Safety and Quality Policies

•    Ability to stand, kneel, bend over, climb stairs and ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds production areas

•    Able to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment

•    Able to perform root cause analysis
