We are seeking an Onsite Supervisor who is an independent, motivated, flexible individual with strong leadership skills, and excellent customer service for our client in Fort Madison, IA. Must be able to work 10-12hr shifts Monday night - Thursday night, possibly Sunday night during busy season. Shift will be 8pm-6:30am during season and then will go to 6pm - 6:30am.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Supervision of 70+ employees as well as 3 leads
• Daily reports management,
• Managing KPIs,
• Weekly time clock and attendance management,
• Daily walk-throughs,
• Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments,
• Troubleshooting associate needs,
• Attending meetings with management when necessary.

What we need from you:

• Will be supervising 70+ employees as well as 3 leads.
• Understanding of a Manufacturing environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Supervisory experience
• Ability to drive and meet KPIs
• Strong Microsoft office skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Experience with time and attendance management
• Understand this is NOT a remote position
