Effectively supports inside sales efforts by entering orders expediting, and following-up in all distributor and manufacturer activity for their assigned products. Interact and manage personnel relationships with multiple distributors, manufacturers and  personnel over a wide geographic footprint.

Assigned Tasks

Interact and respond to all customer inquires through digital platforms and phone calls

Process and enter all orders received by customers to assigned manufacturers 

Provide basic price and product availability to customers

Expedite any orders requested by customers

Handle customer return requests 

Work with distributor customers and manufacturers to correct shipping/pricing/billing errors

Work  with management and warehouse staff to maintain proper items and inventory levels for assigned manufactures where applicable

Required Knowledge 

High School diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of electrical industry or rep agency practices preferred but not required
