A facility located in Napa is looking for an associate for the Shipping & Receiving department.

Job Title: Shipping/ Receiving

Pay rate: $17.00

Schedule: 8am-4:30pm( OT may be required, schedule may change per Client´s request)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Assemble customer Daily & Club orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves

•    Relocate orders to the holding area or shipping department as needed

•    Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks

•    Check in merchandise

•    Stock incoming products and packaging

•    Conduct weekly inventory counts

•    Assist Club Line Lead during scheduled club runs as needed

•    Ensure a safe work environment 

•    Ensure warehouse shelves, pallet area, and workstations are kept neat and organized

•    Maintain a clean shipping supply area in compliance with WSC procedures, rules, and regulations

•    Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma, minimum one year Inventory Control experience, Forklift certification preferred, some data entry experience preferred. Ability to provide exceptional customer centric service to our clients. Excellent English verbal, and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Excellent organizational skills; Able to navigate MS Excel. Must be able to stand, bend crawl, stretch, and squat. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
