Title: Inventory Clerk/Associate Location: Bloomingdale, GA Company: Partners Personnel Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Clerk/Associate. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for managing inventory and orders in our warehouses, stores, and other facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions. - Count materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies regularly to ensure inventory accuracy. - Record new items and track each item as it enters the establishment. - Sign off on shipments and verify that received items match purchase orders. - Place orders for more inventory based on demand and monitor reorder points. - Replenish stock and ensure shelves are adequately stocked. - Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and make recommendations for disposal or clearance. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely receipt and delivery of goods. - Prepare inventory reports for management, highlighting key metrics and trends. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Proven experience in inventory management or related field preferred. - Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong mathematical and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
