JOB TITLE:ORDER FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST


PAY RATE: $18/HR


SCHEDULE: MON-FRI 8AM-5PM


Responsibilities


Mandatory/Main

  • Responsible for implementing Corresponding procedures in order to comply with ISO Standards, Quality Management System, and for Customer Satisfaction. 
  • Responsible to comply with Safety and Employee Handbook guidelines as well as Legal requirements as it applies. 


Daily Responsibilities 

  • Operator computer system to complete order fulfillment processes.
  • Prepare order/shipment reports for management
  • Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or record-keeping purposes.
  • Prepare proposals and ensure proposed service or solution meets the customer requirements. 
  • Analyze available data and plan shipping schedule.
  • Communicate directly with other departments via email and provide information requested. 
  • Ensure customer service when kicking the orders (checking Quantity, label information correctly) 
  • Various administrative and billing-related tasks.
  • Preparing billing documents, book invoices in the system, complete intercompany selling of material and follow up account statements.
  • Maintain clear communication with other administrative staff to ensure an efficient workflow.



Education 

  • High School Diploma with four or more years in shipping/order fulfillment related experience
  • Associates’ Degree or Technical Certificate preferred, Bachelors’ Degree a plus 


Job Experience/Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience (Above)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills 
  • Knowledge in general purchasing procedure and purchasing management
  • Works well in team or independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-starter with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Fast learner, detail oriented, and must be able to think outside of the box to resolve issues.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Knowledgeable in SAP, ERP or MES software preferred
