Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front Desk Customer Service representative to join our warehouse team. The Front Desk Customer Service role involves handling inquiries, providing support to customers, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors at the front desk.

  2. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

  3. Provide information about products, services, and company policies to customers.

  4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

  5. Coordinate with warehouse staff to fulfill customer orders and resolve issues.

  6. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

  7. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.

  8. Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.

  9. Collaborate with the Customer Service team to address customer feedback and improve service quality.

  10. Follow company procedures and guidelines for handling customer complaints and escalations.


Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

  2. Proven experience in customer service or related roles, preferably in a warehouse or retail setting.

  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members.

  5. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and customer service software.

  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.

  8. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)

  9. Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial.
