Job Description

We are seeking an experienced customer-oriented and computer-savvy Office Administrator to join our apparel and receiving team in Tampa, FL. You will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and customer service duties for a national leading manufacturer in contract screen printing and embroidery.


Job Title: Office Administrator

Pay Rate: $20/hour with Weekly Pay

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)


Our Office Administrator will:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the office.

  • Provide excellent customer service across our customers to handle customer accounts and programs.

  • Collaborate with our apparel and uniform receiving team to enter accurate data utilizing a warehouse management system (WMS).

  • Compile detail-oriented and professional emails to our customers.

  • Assist internal departmental managers as needed.


Job Requirement:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-oriented role.

  • Proficient in English communication (i.e., written and verbal)

  • Able to stand, walk, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in phone systems and handling multiple phone lines.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to handle office management tasks efficiently
