Job Title: Administrative Operations Specialist 

Pay Rate: $24-$26 per hour DOE

Schedule (Days and Time): Monday - Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm) 

Job Duties:

Handle employee onboarding, safety coordination, and safety incentives 

In charge of managing administrative functions for the Central Coast branches (2)

Manages time and attendance discrepancies, payroll, and commission agreements   

Manage vendor set up, invoice approvals, and expense allocation 

Reviews and manages branch operating reports and financial data

Responsible for branch administrative  staff and accounts receivable 

Skilled in resolving customer issues and complaints, wage and hour laws, and union contract language 

Job Requirements: 

2-3+ Years experience as a Manager, Front Office Manager, or Senior Administrative Assistant  

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills 

Ability to type minimum of 40 WPM

College degree desired

Excellent time management skills and ability multi-task 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills

General Bookkeeping experience, ability to read and interpret operating and financial information  

Able to effectively communicate in English; Bi-lingual Spanish a plus 

Previous experience in assisting HR with various functions desired

Proficient computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook 

Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
