Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Documentation Management:

    • Create, organize, and maintain quality assurance documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reports.
    • Ensure that all QA documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
    • Assist in the preparation of QA-related presentations and reports.
  2. Coordination of QA Activities:

    • Schedule and coordinate testing activities, including test execution and defect tracking.
    • Work closely with QA team members to ensure timely completion of testing phases.
    • Collaborate with project managers to align QA activities with project timelines.
  3. Communication and Reporting:

    • Facilitate communication among QA team members, development teams, and project stakeholders.
    • Prepare regular status reports on QA activities and provide updates to relevant parties.
    • Assist in the resolution of communication gaps and ensure clarity in QA-related discussions.
  4. Administrative Support:

    • Coordinate meetings and training sessions for the QA team.
    • Manage documentation related to QA training and certifications.
    • Assist in the organization of QA-related events and initiatives.
  5. Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for streamlining QA processes and improving efficiency.
    • Collaborate with the QA team to implement process improvements.
    • Ensure adherence to established QA procedures and standards.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a QA or testing environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.

Pay Rate: $20-$21.50
