Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Management:
- Create, organize, and maintain quality assurance documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reports.
- Ensure that all QA documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Assist in the preparation of QA-related presentations and reports.
Coordination of QA Activities:
- Schedule and coordinate testing activities, including test execution and defect tracking.
- Work closely with QA team members to ensure timely completion of testing phases.
- Collaborate with project managers to align QA activities with project timelines.
Communication and Reporting:
- Facilitate communication among QA team members, development teams, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare regular status reports on QA activities and provide updates to relevant parties.
- Assist in the resolution of communication gaps and ensure clarity in QA-related discussions.
Administrative Support:
- Coordinate meetings and training sessions for the QA team.
- Manage documentation related to QA training and certifications.
- Assist in the organization of QA-related events and initiatives.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for streamlining QA processes and improving efficiency.
- Collaborate with the QA team to implement process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to established QA procedures and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a QA or testing environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.

Pay Rate: $20-$21.50
