Main Responsibilities: Team Lead Bilingual - Spanish/English 

2nd shift 3pm to 11pm Monday to Saturday and Some Sundays 

$19.75hr

-Receive raw materials from domestic an/or international shipments, ensure proper driver signature of delivery and transportation documentation: validate number of received  materials; manage incoming material (wire) by checking for irregularities rust-free and other issues; sign paperwork of receipt, and place printed labels o material  generated by Logistics Administrator within Helios. 

-On a daily basis, ensure seamless continuation of the production schedule by physically moving material to production floor on a timely basis: ensure scanning procedures are followed as material is physically moved from stock to all of production; ensure FIFO at all times. 

-Physically move finished goods (straight wire, single parts & frames) from production to designated area, print Helios labels and ensure accurate labeling; and place stock in staging area, move to warehouse, and place on shelves in proper position. 

-Load and unload trucks.

-At warehouse, receive shipment labels and validating shipment labels against Helios  (scanning); place approved product on shelves.  

-Unload containers and ensure physical material reconciles with documentation before receiving into Helios; report discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisor immediately. 

-At all times, ensure production is well stocked with racks, boxes, pallets, and all required materials. 

-Develop and maintain strong relationship and communications with Warehouse and Production Management; escalate discrepancies immediately to the appropriate management.

-Performs checks of all material movement & riding equipment (fluid levels, cleanliness.) 

-Complete daily OSHA checks and 5S.  Example organization and cleanliness of back lot., disposal of & cardboard and scrap from production. 

-Follow all SOP's, Work Instructions, Guidelines, Policies, Regulations and Rules as relate to the scope of the position and employment.  Performs related tasks as required. 

-Performs related tasks as assigned by management.
