We are seeking a self-motivating Maintenance Supervisor for a local Food Manufacturing Plant. 

Work Schedule: 1st shift 

Will be required to work overtime and weekends.

Salary: $90,000-$120,000

Job Duties: Supervises all maintenance personnel and related job activities on a given shift rotation, day, and night. Execute administrative duties including timecards, employee coaching and disciplinary actions as needed. Visually inspects and test machinery / equipment to detect malfunction. Works with all management and engineering to discuss, diagnose problems and repair machinery. Follows and monitors GMP, HACCP, IIPP, Food Safety and SOPs guidelines.

Job Requirements: 

•    High School diploma or GED equivalent required. 

•    Bachelor’s Degree or appropriate equivalent from an accredited university a definite plus.

•    Minimum 2 years industrial boiler and ammonia experience or equivalent certification

•    Ability to speak, write, and read English is a must, some Spanish a plus.

•    Ability to stand, kneel, bend over, climb stairs and ladders and lift/move up to 50 pounds.

•    Must possess good mechanical, Electrical, communication and people skills.

•    Must be able to read Electrical schematics, ladder logic and Blueprints.
