Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier customer service to manufacturing industry clients.
• Promote and sell company products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Process customer orders accurately using SYSPRO or similar software.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and address inquiries and issues.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Communicate product information effectively to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate quotes and track sales progress.
• Familiarity with SYSPRO or other manufacturing software.

Qualifications:

• Customer service and inside sales experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of SYSPRO or similar manufacturing software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and team-oriented.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Pay Rate: $65,000-$70,000
