Pay: $18.00-$22.00

Job Description for Maintenance Role: 

We are looking for a handyman who can perform maintenance and repairs on the interior or exterior of our company's premises. You will be responsible for various odd jobs around the facility to keep it in good shape.

A handyman's arsenal must include deft hands and technical knowledge. You must have strong general repair skills and be well-organized. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job.

Job Duties for Maintenance Role: 

• Perform electrical repairs on lights.
• Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
• Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.
• Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed.
• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
• Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
• Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as handyman
• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
• Basic math skills
• Good communication ability
• Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
• Attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
