Partners Personnel is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Knoxville, TN.
Position: Administrative Assistant
Payrate: $45,000 to $50,000/year
Shift: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Responsibilities:
- Develop scopes of work for projects.
- Perform takeoff forms for large project containing multiple element.
- Work with clients and prospects to obtain information pertaining to quote requests, scope of work, project documentation and client satisfaction.
- Assist with CRM management.
- Assist with client research, prospecting, and development of new leads.
- Support with scheduling, travel arrangement, event coordination, expense reports and client interaction.
- Creation of presentation documents/visuals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints as directed.
- Support the sales staff with marketing and social media tasks.
- Promote the mission and values of the company.
Qualifications:
- College Degree preferred.
- 2-3 years’ experience in inside sales support preferred.
- Experience in project management environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Excellent MS Office Suite skills.
- Experience with marketing and social media administration.
- Ability to build rapport with fellow employees and clients.
- Deadline and detail-oriented with exceptional organizational ability.
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with top level executives and managers.
- Demonstrated passion for exceptional client/customer service, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated experience and the ability to manage through conflict.
- Proactive problem-solving skills utilizing tools and systems that build relationships and trust.
