Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with company objectives, ensuring consistent growth and market expansion.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets. Foster a high-performance culture and ensure team members are well-trained and engaged.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities, expanding customer bases, and managing key customer relationships.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services, enabling effective communication with customers and prospects.
Sales Forecasting: Prepare and analyze sales forecasts, budgets, and reports. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful sales management in the camera or imaging technology industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of camera and imaging technology products and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
