The Machine Operator is responsible for high quality and timely production of single-serve and bagged coffee products, general machine maintenance, cleaning and oversight of equipment, and constant quality control monitoring and documentation. Completing the production run according to the daily schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Prepare the machine and complete paperwork for each production run, oversee that the work is completed properly and on time • Ensure efficient and safe machine operation to produce a high quality product • Machine operation and constant monitoring of the machine for any mechanical issues and/or product variations. • Completing the production run according to the daily schedule • Ensure target weight of all cups/bags are within given spec. • Communicate with team members in a direct manner to ensure clear instruction and proficient productivity throughout the shift. • Accurately completing post run production logs. • Following all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and value systems. • Other duties include: quality control, and any other work as assigned Qualifications Education * HS Diploma or GED– Preferred Experience * 1+years working in Manufacturing environment - Preferred * Experience working with machines operation is preferred.
