Job Description:
Flexible Packaging Company that consists of about 380 employees, is looking for a Payroll Processor/Human Resources Assistant to provide full administrative support to the HR/Payroll Manager. Candidate must have great organizational and communication skills to be able to multitask and prioritize work tasks. Bi- Lingual in English/Spanish is a must requirement, in order for candidate to be able to interact with all levels of personnel in this multi-cultural company. Candidate must be aware and able to sustain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
• Process Bi-Weekly Payroll using ADP Work Force Now/Time & Attendance.
• Assist Supervisors with recruiting, hiring and abord employees from Employment Agencies/Direct Hire.
• Worker’s Compensation (Documents, Regulations and Reporting Injuries as well as maintaining OSHA Files)
• Maintain Personnel, Medical and Training Files in compliance with Labor and HIPPA Laws.
• Enforce company policies, rules and regulations according to company Hand Book as well as knowledgeable with all Federal/State Labor Laws Regulations.
• Communicate with all levels of personnel.
• Handle all Benefit Enrollments (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & 401-K)
• Manage Leave of Absences (FMLA, CFRA, PFL, EDD, W.C.)
• Handle Temporarily Temp Personnel Time Cards/Payroll with Employment Agencies.
• Reconcile Temp Personnel Employment Agencies Invoices and approve for payment.
• Weekly updating and reporting temp-employees’ work hours and reconciling temp-agencies invoices.
• Update and maintain all employees I-9 records for audit compliance.
