Job Description & Requirements 

• Set up and operate lathe to perform machining operations, turning, boring, threading, and facing.
• On metal workpieces; castings, forgings, and bar stock according to specifications
• Read blueprints, job orders, tooling instructions and charts.
• Operator will be responsible for operation of machine.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and machines.
• Employees must be able to lift and carry boxes ranging in weight from 10-100lbs on a regular basis, without assistance for prolonged periods.
• Walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods of time.
• Work without assistance to grip, lift, push, pull, and carry.
