7:00 am – 5:00pm 

Job Description & Requirements 

•    Ensures all safety precautions are followed while performing work.

•    Maintains working relationship with co-workers, property management and clients.

•    Completes daily work orders as scheduled.

•    Ability to use vacuum cleaners to clean rugs, carpet, and blinds.

•    Power wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, and doors

•    Maintains assigned equipment in good working condition.

•    Maintains shop, equipment rooms and storage areas in a neat, organized, and secure condition.

•    Assists and performs installation, maintenance, repair, and construction work in the basic building maintenance trades, such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, locksmith, flooring mechanics and other minor building/community repairs.

•    Ensuring all property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.

•    Assisting in lawn and landscape maintenance and amenities

•    Utilization of company truck for transportation of supplies and material to job sites

•    Routinely inspects and communicates to immediate supervisor as applicable.

•    Other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
