Summary/Objective:
The HR recruiter will help support our operational facilities with the recruitment of leadership operational positions. Through partnerships with HR Leadership and Operational Leadership, this role will gain an understanding of staffing needs and deliver quality candidate through the completion of full cycle recruiting. The recruiter will also be responsible for taking strategic actions to increase candidate flow.

Pay: $24-28 hourly

• Complete full cycle recruitment from requisition of position to onboarding
• Maintain tracking of candidate through the hiring process and through to orientation
• Process Pre Employment testing for employee; and following up on all company process
• Assess current processes, create SOP’s and make recommendations to existing process
• Support internal customer service by being available to employee requests and questions, and ensure requests are responded in a timely manner
• Assist with conducting orientation with all employees to the organization ensuring all employees are educated on the company’s policies, procedures and health and welfare benefits that they are eligible for
• Create Job Descriptions for roles posted, with modifications for specific operations
• Maintain Requisition log with accurate details
• Provide Market intel/research
• Assist with other HR related activities as assigned
• Perform any other tasks or functions as assigned.
