Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
- Manage purchase orders for timely deliveries.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels.
- Analyze cost structures and identify savings opportunities.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams.
- Evaluate and improve supplier performance.
- Maintain accurate procurement records.
- Utilize SageX3 or similar procurement software (preferred).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, SageX3 experience a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Organized with strong time-management skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
Pay Rate: $50,000-$70,000
