Pay Rate: $21.50/per hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 02:45PM-11:00PM

Job Duties:

•Works with R&D to develop new products and optimum operating parameters.

•Performs tasks as instructed and works shifts as assigned by supervision.

•Operates, trouble shoots and performs routine maintenance on all packaging machines, scales, tape machines and date code machines.

•Responsible for identifying and loading correct film for each product based on production schedule

•Performs all tasks required to ensure cleaning standards are met.

•Coordinates with other crews and departments to ensure efficient operation of the production process. Reports all quality and maintenance issues to affected departments and management.

•Provides support to Shift Manager by coordinating Packaging Room activities to ensure production schedule is met; machines are operating and staffed to standard; leads and supports all programs to promote food safety and reports production issues to management.

•Responsible for performing monitoring procedures for Critical Control Point #2- potential allergen cross contamination in packaging room.

•Coordinates activities of Packaging Room employees, as needed, to ensure efficient operation of the packaging process.

•Maintains all required written documentation related to production and quality.

•Attends and participates in all Company required training.

•Responsible for attending and participating in assigned training sessions related to GMPs, SOPs, HACCP and SQF; applying and demonstrating obtained knowledge and following all procedures and policies related to food safety.

· Responsible for keeping work area safe and clean.

•Adheres to all safety guidelines for job performed

•Performs related duties as assigned by supervision

•Responsible for meeting all quality, sanitation and production standards

Job Requirements: 

- Ability to stand an entire shift

- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
