We are currently recruiting for a Call Center Customer Service Representative  in Santa Maria,  CA!

This is a temp position with opportunities for temp to hire.

Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Representative 

Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm), (9am-6pm), (Schedule can vary)

Job Duties: 

Responsible for performing insurance and financial class verification. Process patient inquiries via phone, email, and electronic  health record  tasking. Answer phones, handle high volume inquires, dispatching calls, schedules, cancels appointments, give directions, data entry, promote programs, confirms appointments.  Other clerical duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: 

12 months of customer service preferably in a healthcare setting

Medical terminology is desirable. 

Minimum of typing at 35wpm. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required

Bilingual - ability to read, speak and write in English and another language is desirable

High school diploma or GED equivalent required. 

Current Valid and unrestricted California Driver's License (Class C) required

Required to pass a criminal history background check upon hire
