Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the new hire onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and introduction to company policies. Ensure a smooth transition for Spanish-speaking employees.

  2. HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, both digital and physical, including personnel files, benefits information, and other HR-related documents. Translate HR documents as needed.

  3. Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment and provide support to employees regarding benefits-related questions or concerns. Communicate benefits information effectively in Spanish.

  4. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests. Act as a liaison between employees and HR leadership.

  5. Compliance: Stay informed about employment laws and regulations in both the United States and Spanish-speaking countries if applicable. Ensure HR practices and policies comply with legal requirements.

  6. Data Management: Manage HR data and generate reports as needed for HR analysis and decision-making. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.

  7. Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the HR team in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Conduct interviews in Spanish when required.

  8. Training and Development: Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops, ensuring Spanish-speaking employees have access to relevant training materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR practices, regulations, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.


23-30 per hour
