Partners Personnel is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Spring Hill, FL.

• Candidates will start and train in Largo, but they will be transferred to the new warehouse in Spring Hill once it opens (end of the year). 

Warehouse Shift Leads essential function is to ensure the performance of all warehouse tasks by working with and directing subordinates to complete responsibilities set forth by higher management.

Location: Largo and Spring Hill, FL

2nd shift: Monday through Friday 3:30 pm - 12 am

Pay: $19-$25/hr

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead all warehouse floor direct supervision to accomplish all necessary stocking, order selecting, material handling, and dock unloading expectations.

• Enforce all safety regulations.

• Train new and existing employees in cooperation with the Training Supervisor.

• Report any personnel or process issues to Building Manager and assist in problem solving.

• Ability to understand Vendor Stock Sheets, Stock Order Sheets, & Pull Tickets

• Monitor employee growth.

• Great Time Management and Organizational skills.

 

Requirements

• Able to work in Warehouse Elements – high heat and cold temperatures

• Able to lift average of 40lbs repetitively

• Email/Communication capability

• Knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft Office

• High School Diploma preferred

• Verbal and Written communication skills

• Follow ALL Safety Requirements

• Operate electric pallet jack, forklift, and stock picker
