We are a light industrial staffing firm that is booming! Our Columbus, OH branch is looking for a bilingual performance manager who is comfortable providing feedback and coaching associates to excel in their role. Must be a high energy, positive, fast learner who is looking for an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment. Warehousing supervision experience is required.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

The ideal candidate is:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• A fast learner
• Has the ability to oversee 2 locations (10 min away from each other) with up to 150 associates between the 2 clients
• Polished, professional and calm under pressure within a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable taking direction, is collaborative, and a team player
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels, including senior management
• Punctual and reliable
• Thrives on crushing goals, helping others, delivering results and making a difference in the community
