  • Hours:  9:30-6 with a 30 minute lunch
  • Salary Rate:  $17.07 an hour

Join a great supportive team and organization's call center team.  This team supports a state medical card program.  You will be answering inbound calls on questions on the application process, updates on approval status, and renewals.   As a medical program, you will have the support of an approved script and answers.  There are people to assist if there is a question that is outside the script.  Work in beautiful offices and larger cubicle for a call center with windows. 

What you will be doing:


  • Answering incoming calls with a detailed script to be able to service patients
  • Will have up to 80-100 calls daily
  • Calls average 6-7 minutes
  • Need to stick to the approved script to be in compliance 
  • Working within a team to support each other
  • Be able to adhere to the 9:30-6p schedule.  End time is after the last call is answered in the queue. 
  • 3 week period of classroom, working 1:1 with the trainer answering calls, working with a trainer available next to you
  • Measured on quality and productivity 
  • Calls are from patients and caregivers
  • Need to be confidential with patient information
  • MUST BE RELIABLE to work 930-6P Mon-Friday - 40 hours a week 


  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • HSD or GED

Next class will start approx. the week of Oct 9th.
