A leading luxury jewelry corporation is seeking a highly motivated Retail Account Manager in San Marcos, CA to help grow brand presence inside independent high end retail stores nationally and international! The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a drive to succeed, and the ability to communicate the brand, both written and verbal, effectively! This is 100% in office, full time, with a salary compensation of $65,000/annually + end of year bonuses. Work schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm.

Job Duties:
- Effectively identify potential leads, and educate them on the company’s products through calls, presentations, and training.
- Address customer needs and concerns quickly and effectively as possible to maintain strong relationships.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize and be computer savvy with excellent attention to detail (heavy data entry).
- Secure new branded jewelry accounts.
- Expand existing clients by increasing product offerings.
- Forge relationships and build long-lasting partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing partners.
- Compile sales data to create successful sell-through for existing partners.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure program adherence.
- Travel to trade shows as necessary (2x a year).
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience of HIGH END RETAIL SALES.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively work both independently and in a team setting.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Ability to cold call prospects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Great attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
