Location: Jacksonville Florida - ONSITE ONLY
Hours M-F 9-6P

Work in a standard hour position helping residents with their State College 529 Plans. Our client will train interested candidates on the ins and outs of these savings programs. Looking for individuals with a thirst to learn and grow with the organization.
Job Requirements:
- After a 3 week training you will start answering calls on one program in a slower call queue while you continue to learn more about the program with a trainer supporting you for 60 days.
- Looking for people with the ability sit most of the day
- Solid typing and phone communication skills
- Empathic nature and abile keep information confidential
- Experience with multiple state programs or savings / lending policies - strongly preferred.
- Must be able to demonstrate how you can quickly absorb and retain complex information and concepts to be able to confidently guide customers and access information in a Knowledge database.
