We are seeking an experienced onsite supervisor (partnership specialist at Partners Personnel) for our manufacturing client in Springfield, TN, representing Partners Personnel. Hours are 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

To be considered, candidates must be professional and articulate, excellent at communicating in all mediums, dedicated, have strong customer service skills, be reliable and punctual with a solid attendance record, have a staffing background with strong recruiting skills.

Required previous experience in order to be considered:

• Bilingual Spanish/English
• Full cycle recruiting
• Onsite supervision in a light industrial setting
• Payroll, safety observations, and associate surveys
• Measurement by KPIs (key performance indicators)
•

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Recruiting, managing KPI, payroll, daily walk-throughs, working with supervision/plant manager to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments, troubleshooting associate needs, attending meetings with plant management when necessary.
