Job Description for a Customer Service Representative:
Perform clerical duties for a manufacturing company that specializes in the manufacture and commercialization of vitreous mosaic (Glass Mosaic)
Position: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $42,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM
Job Duties/Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative:
• Member of the customer service and sales team support.
• Prepare and send invoice documentation to customers.
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Respond to emails and manage correspondence.
• Provide general support in preparing orders and coordinating shipments.
• Greet and assist visitors as they enter the office.
Skills Required for a Customer Service Representative:
• Requires someone bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with QuickBooks software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
