Job Title: Production Line Support Associate

 

Pay Rate: $17.50

 

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, (7am-5:30pm) 4/10 schedule, Fridays OT

 

 

Job Duties:

• Monitor the production process to ensure that it is running smoothly and e?ciently.

• Perform quality checks on the product to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the production area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, work surfaces, and

?oors.

• Perform other tasks as needed to support the production process, such as packaging, labeling, and moving

?nished products to the warehouse for distribution.

• Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving when issues arise on the production line.

• Follow all food and employee health safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

 

Job Requirements:

• A high school diploma / GED desired or equivalent years of experience in an automated or semi-automated

packing or food manufacturing environment preferred.

• Ability to do simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. GMP/HACCP Certification a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods of time.

• Flexibility to work di?erent shifts as needed.
